Product Safety Advisors Client Portal

Optional Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

An additional layer of protection for your Product Safety Advisors Client Account

Product Safety Advisors is operated by RFBrenner LLC. Client portal users may add an optional second layer of account security by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

After you sign in with Google Auth, MFA asks for a second, one-time verification code before account access is completed. You choose how you would like to receive your codes:

Recommended

Authenticator app

Use an app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy. The app generates a rotating 6-digit code. No mobile phone number is required.

Alternative

Text message (SMS)

Receive a one-time verification code by text message to your mobile phone when you sign in or complete a sensitive account security action.

You turn MFA on from the Account Security page after you sign in, where you pick your preferred method. If you choose text-message verification, you'll complete the short form below to provide your mobile number and authorize Product Safety Advisors / RFBrenner LLC to send you those codes. You can switch methods or turn off SMS at any time from that same page.
